At Deluxe Duct Cleaning Services we ensure our customers to go through our service guide and read all the instructions carefully before hiring any of our duct cleaning services.

Our company can change the rules on terms and conditions anytime without any order or notice to anyone. To stay updated on our terms and conditions you need to check to our updates regularly.

  • Deluxe Duct cleaning services prices are fixed and own.
  • The cost of the services depends upon the services you’ve appointed.
  • Home Duct cleaning- The cost depends upon the size of the property whether it’s a house or multi-story building. The customer should give exact accurate information about the property before appointing any of our services.

Before starting the process first our technicians will inspect and if any changes come you’ll have to pay additional charges.

  • Business Duct cleaning- The cost depends only after inspecting the ducts in such sites, such as factories and industries.

Payment method

  • The customer has to pay the payment 24hours before the service. Otherwise, we’ve got the right to cancel the booking.
  • We take visa, credit card, debit card, the customer should share his card details.


If the customer is to cancel the appointment, it is necessary to inform us by calling us or dropping us an email mentioning the reference number, date of servicing, and address of appointment.

If the customer cancels the appointment in advance more than 1 day of the appointment date, no cancellation fee will be charged. In case of prepaid services, a refund is generated deducting the transaction fee (if any).

If the customer cancels the appointment in advance less than 1 day, a cancellation fee will be charged.  The customer will be supposed to pay 50% of the total payment of the service in AUD, including GST. The cancellation fee will be covered to charge to accommodate our organisation expenses and administration.

The customers have to inform us about the cancellation at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.

If the customer cancels the booking on the arrival of technicians/operator at the property, a call-out fee shall be charged of $180 to $200.

On spot service Amendment

Customers are not allowed to cancel the service once our professional team arrives your property.

Additional charges will include if the customer needs to add more services.

Our professionals have the right to cancel the service on the spot if any customers disagree to pay the additional charges on additional changes.
